I'm a 70% service-disabled Navy veteran, former State Police Officer and EMT, who decided the best use of everything I'd built was to put it into real estate.
It started with founding Oklahoma Construction Solutions as a side income — commercial and industrial maintenance work that grew into a full construction operation. Along the way I discovered my real passion: renovating and acquiring commercial real estate. OCS became the engine that funds and builds the portfolio.
Open Space Rentals is that portfolio — properties I acquire, develop with my own construction company, and operate. The goal is simple: replace active income with passive cash flow and document every step publicly so others can follow the same path.
